This guidance applies both for Company logos and Partner logos added to course details

• Logo Upload Requirements

  • Preferred Size: A square logo (200px × 200px) will provide the best results.
  • Accepted Aspect Ratio: We also accept rectangular logos, but the width should not be more than twice the height (maximum 1:2 aspect ratio).
  • Automatic Resizing: The system will resize logos to 200px height, so for best clarity, upload a logo as close to 200px × 200px as possible.
  • Large File Warning: Very large images may fail to resize. If your upload fails, try reducing the file size and re-uploading.
    
  • The maximum upload size is 500kb

  Having trouble uploading your logo?

  • If you receive an error message when saving your logo, please try resizing or modifying the image and upload it again.
  • If issues persist, we’re happy to help! Please attach the logo file and include your login username when contacting us.
  • We can also assist via a screen-sharing session to help you add all your details.
